1 niggle re "This year, sales of the Tesla Semi started". Started past tense is effectively wrong. Not sure even "this year" is correct as it appears "Musk later said not to expect new products to be delivered in 2022".
I would have expected more on the Tesla is not just like another vehicle brand, it is more like 6 businesses:
While many like solar, energy storage, insurances were addressed in the draft reply, it seems perhaps one or two were missed or not fully detailed:
1. Much more vertically integrated - they make a lot more of the parts.
2. Software - Tesla is clearly quite a software developer. Some mention of chip shortages and tesla avoiding much of the impacts by rewriting software to use other controllers. There is an AI line of pictures but I would have expected to see more written about this.

Awesome work, lets see if Moodys is really aware that world is watching and act accordingly. If they are professionals they will need to leave behind any conflict of interest they may have.
Tesla is past the point where they need their stock to raise working capitals. They have no debt and is amazingly profitable with a long waiting list and factories ramping. Elon is probably happy if their stocks go to zero but their sales is still soaring because it means that he can now take Tesla private again.
You are the true investor! We all know we are Tesla stakeholders (owners), but very few would/could execute the basic/legal rights.
