Thank you for putting forth this information. People tend to forget or are ignorant of all the behind the scenes activity that really affects the business. Certain entities are trying to position themselves to gain more power to advance their goals which aren’t necessarily in Tesla’s best interest.

I would be curious to hear you play some of these scenarios out. I'm probably considered an 'Uber-bull' for this sake. less because I think 'Elon is always right' and 'Skeptics are always wrong', in fact I agree with most of what skeptics (like you, Gary and Ross) want. But anything that risks pushing Elon out worries me and I haven't anyone outline what happens if he says no to the first round of requests (as outlined in your article).
So an article outlining what type of initiatives folks are pushing for and a realistic conversation around what this would mean if Elon says 'No' is missing in the Tesla world right now.
My article here is meant to open the discussion. I don't have firm beliefs yet, but want to get the ball rolling. And I want to enhance awareness that Tesla is not "governed" by some UberBulls, but by Share Vote Rights. So screaming at the more balanced among us, blocking us, insulting us in YT videos, publishing our DMs, ... have the adverse effect. They divide those who believe in the fundamentals of the company.
So if we can all discuss in a constructive manner, my post has been useful.
If Tesla IR improves their Shareholder platform, my post has been useful.
If readers understand and appreciate that quite a lot of noise will happen in the next eight months, and prepare, my post has been useful.

Agreed on all fronts. And you do seem well suited to open up the wider conversation around how much change folks pushing for changes are willing to accept (if Elon does not agree to the incremental changes 90% of probably agree would be beneficial). I look forward to seeing where it goes. Thanks for the great content!
Excellent piece per usual Alexandria! Think a new Chair will be elected? So much drama in the twitter!
Thank you Cathy 💕
As a middle aged woman just trying to grow my retirement accounts, I really appreciate your contributions and thoughts on Tesla!
Thank you
Thank you Sherry, and that makes us two "middle aged women". Actually every day is the best age, right?

Thank you, Andrew, your support means a lot to me.
