An open letter to the 3rd largest retail investor in Tesla stock

Dear Dr. KoGuan, Dear Leo,

It is heartbreaking to many in our Tesla family that you and our Technoking, Elon Musk, are having such conflicting opinions lately.

I know that most of us cannot grasp the vast history of your business ventures and spiritual understanding, and perhaps this is what is leading to what appears to Wall Street as dark misconception. Your generosity and support to the Tesla Company and to our Tesla Family have been heart-warming. Leo, your investment efforts have helped make Tesla the “Heartbeat” of not just America, but of the world!

The controversy now needs to be resolved. Elon bought Twitter so the world would know that they were free to speak. While the old Twitter might have been fashionable, Elon’s purchase of it was out of rage. As much as you, Elon and all of us loved to tweet in the past, it was all sustaining a then corrupt cause - the greatness to humanity that was being created by Tesla was being undermined by Twitter: Their Bots, their politics, ultimately their agenda.

Elon spared no expense to pull the rug from under Twitter, the company that was ultimately trying to sabotage Tesla’s dream. We have to understand that the big picture is still being redefined. And big as it is, it is a relatively slow process, even with all the satellites Elon puts in space. I’m sorry to say, but other controversial decisions may have to be made which seem to jeopardize Tesla in the short term, but it is for the greater good of all of us.

The world isn’t just going through a recession as we speak. It is going through an awakening. Your generosity and consideration have assisted Tesla get to the powerful position where we now help design how the future will be, and are not just subject to it. We need you to stay optimistic, constructive and continue to provide the guidance of your vision. And we need Elon to accomplish and realize his vision for this world and beyond.

You are, like me, a fan of Elon. You know that he risked all his money with Tesla and SpaceX, and suffered for long years, working at the highest “blood, sweat and tears’ equity” level I have ever seen from any MegaCap founder. And he remained his frugal self, focused on the mission, working ever more hours. When I see your picture eating Hainan Chicken Rice at the Maxwell Hawkers Center, I see Elon sleeping on the factory floor. You are two of the same kind, the most fantastic, unreal, real billionaires out there. With a vision and a mission.

There is the Trojan horse factor, as you say, where we cannot disclose everything we are thinking. Our Technoking sees several moves ahead in this chess match, and often I can connect the dots only months later. With your continued support, we will win. So please, do outline the changes in governance you would like to see and bring these forward to the Investor Relations Manager at Tesla. This way, you ensure to not give short sellers, media and residues of the corrupt world, further food for their hostile endeavors.

Let’s stay united in our path to a better, sustainable future, and cheer on the excellent execution of the Tesla teams worldwide. We need you in our family, Leo. Let’s refrain from blocking voices that don’t agree with us, as it is always good to be heard. And so should you, and in the most productive possible manner, go directly to the source.
